Our checkout pages are securely served and encypted using SSL, Credit Cards are verified in real time using DPS.

When you select to pay by direct credit you are agreeing to pay the order total into the nominated bank account below. Please ensure you make the payment the same day as your order and please use your unique order number (which will be emailed to you) as a reference.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We are a unique website in that our Kiwi Camping hub and website administration is based in Hamilton, however in support of your local retailers, we process all web sales through your local Kiwi Camping Centre. Your personal and credit card details will always be kept secure and Kiwi Camping Co. Ltd will do their utmost to ensure your order is processed and delivered quickly and efficiently.
We support prompt delivery of most of our products anywhere in New Zealand; however some isolated regions may require additional delivery time. If this is the case for your area we will notify you of this prior to processing your order. We currently do not accept international orders via the website, however if you are interested in any of our products, please contact us and we will see how we can help.
The anticipated delivery time will be within 1-4 working days unless an item ordered is out of stock, which in this case you will be notified as soon as possible. PLEASE NOTE: Rural, long haul and some residential areas may require an additional day(s) delivery time.
Please note:
- If you order late on a Friday or during the weekend we will process your order on the following Monday.
- Our system updates stock availability periodically, so occasionally with high website traffic and sales, it is possible that a product may become unavailable between updates. We apologise in advance if this happens and will notify you by email as soon possible.
- We like to ship / allow you to pick up your entire order in one go so there may be a short delay if a product you have ordered is not at your local store. If you require some of the items in your order urgently, we can split your order and send the rest once we have sourced them – PLEASE USE THE DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS / NOTES field when ordering or email us at orders@kiwicamping.co.nz.
SHIPPING COSTS AND CALCULATIONS
All orders made at www.kiwicamping.co.nz are currently freight free to NZ locations (North Island / South Island. Excludes Chatham Islands - please contact us for freight rates before ordering).
Most of our orders are sent via courier/freight so they will need to be signed for upon delivery. Please make sure there is someone at the specified address to sign for the package, otherwise a card to call will be left if there is no one to sign for the delivery. If you ahve a secure place the courier driver can leave your purchase, please advise under 'notes' when ordering. We will not be held responsible for goods once delivered if you have requested we leave them without being signed for. Sorry, we can not deliver to Post Office Boxes or Private Box numbers. Dispatch and delivery days are Monday to Friday (inclusive).
